Graphstats Technologies is looking for the Senior Manager will lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and oversee the operational efficiency of our software distribution and training services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations, as well as an understanding of the scientific software landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to expand the market presence of Graphstats Technologies and analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective planning and execution. Oversee the development of proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Marketing and Brand Management: Oversee the creation of promotional content, webinars, and training materials and monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation and conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and highquality service delivery and develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Customer Success :-Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing technical support and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, sales, and marketing.
