Role Overview

Graphstats Technologies is looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Head to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a hands-on attitude, ready to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
• Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and affiliate-based campaigns targeted at key consumer segments.
• Align Marketing with Business Goals: Collaborate closely with support and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Content Marketing: Execute content marketing initiatives, including thought leadership pieces and product showcases, to highlight the expertise of our software portfolio.
• Data-Driven Approach: Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on measuring campaign performance and ensuring high ROI.
• Hands-On Execution: Be directly involved in delivering marketing initiatives, driving actions, solving problems, and ensuring success at every step.
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a marketing team that prioritizes creativity, accountability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: years of experience in marketing, with at least years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media).
• Expertise in content marketing and managing organic channels.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
