Role Overview

Graphstats Technologies is seeking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the life sciences and research sectors.
• Utilize various channels (email, calls, social media) to generate leads and set up
  meetings.

Sales Presentations

• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations about our products, including
  GraphPad, BioRender, Geneious Prime, and SnapGene.
• Educate potential clients on the features and benefits of our software solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their
  requirements.

Sales Support

• Support the sales team in closing deals and meeting monthly/quarterly sales
  targets.
• Prepare sales reports and track customer interactions using CRM tools.

Market Research

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and markets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Fresh graduates are welcome to join.
• Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus but not required.
