Graphstats Technologies is seeking a visionary Business Head to lead the company’s strategic direction, oversee operations, and drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the company’s vision and long-term strategic goals.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to maintain a strong market presence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Business Development and Growth

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and client acquisition strategies.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company’s reach and offerings.
• Explore new markets and products to diversify revenue streams and enhance profitability.

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of department heads across sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback for team development.

Financial Oversight

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
• Present financial and operational reports to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and implement processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Brand and Market Presence

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand visibility.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in business management, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing teams.
• Strong expertise in business strategy, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Experience in the software or life sciences sector is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
