Business Development Manager
Role Overview
Graphstats Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our sales initiatives. The role involves managing a team, developing strategies, and fostering relationships to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage and lead a team, set clear objectives and performance expectations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive software sales, including targeted campaigns and client-specific offerings. Collaborate with channel partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Lead Management and Coordination: Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up and tracking. Coordinate with the presales team to support lead nurturing and conversions.
- Client Retention and Expansion:Lead efforts to renew existing contracts and expand client relationships. Develop strategies to maintain high client retention and renewal rates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 year’s experience in business development or software sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Experience working with channel partners and coordinating with presales teams.
