Sales Head
Role Overview
Graphstats Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our software product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for empowering the scientific community.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of GraphPad Prism, BioRender, Geneious Prime, and SnapGene to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences and biotechnology industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
